In my practice, I counsel and coach individuals from all types of backgrounds handling emotional, relational, spiritual and professional issues. So whether you need help overcoming anxiety, or just need guidance for improving and reaching your goals, I am here to help.
I am a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor (License #24455) and ordained minister who has been involved in Christian Ministry for decades. I earned my Bachelor's Degree at the University of Houston and my Master's Degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from the Colorado Theological Seminary. I am a Clinical Member of the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA)and am licensed by the NCCA as a Clinical Pastoral Counselor and a Temperament Counselor.
As an experienced Christian Counselor with over 20 years in Christian Ministry, I use a wide variety of tools like Talk Therapy, CBT, Inner Healing Prayer, Temperament Therapy, ACT, Scripture and more to foster my client’s healing, growth and self-confidence. I actively collaborate with my clients to find their unique path to freedom, helping them resolve their issues, achieve their goals, and move their lives forward in the right direction.
I also produce a popular Christian Teaching podcast called From Water into Wine with Mignon Murrell, am a public speaker and a coach to pastors, business and ministry leaders, young professionals, homemakers and those who are seeking to grow in their walk with Christ.
