Temperament Therapy is a biblical-based counseling method focused on understanding each individual's unique Temperament and applying that knowledge to heal and balance an individual's or couple's body, soul, spirit, and relationships. We have seen many clients progress rapidly when engaged in Temperament Therapy.

Because we are a Pastoral Counseling office, we are considered an out-of-network provider, so we do not take insurance. However, we can provide you with a Superbill and the appropriate CPT codes for you to file on your own insurance for possible reimbursement. All of our sessions are conducted online via Telehealth appointment. This allows us to accommodate our clients' schedules, reduce travel time, and conduct sessions in the comfort of their homes and/or offices. Our counseling relationship is based on mutual respect and understanding. We will make sure you are comfortable while discussing your reasons for needing counseling or wanting coaching. We will then agree on a plan to help get you moving forward.

Absolutely. We strongly practice confidentiality however, there are legal exceptions. We are required to report the following if you indicate:

• immediate threat of harm to self or other,

• suspicion of child or dependent elder abuse or

• in the case of a court subpoena

We will discuss this and other policies at your first session.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.). Payment will be taken at the end of your first session on the Telehealth platform.

We are currently offering 60-minute Telehealth (online) sessions. If a longer or shorter session time is needed, this can be discussed at the time of the first session.

We understand that life happens. We try hard to work with our patients' schedules, but we understand that schedules can change. We ask for a minimum of 2 hours' advance notice of cancellation. If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than the minimum advance notice, there will be a missed appointment fee. We will cover fee arrangements with you during your first session.

This is a Counseling Session regarding issues you are actively seeking direction about. If the Holy Spirit leads, personal Prophetic words may be released during the session, but the main focus is to help you receive the counsel and healing you may need.

As Licensed Pastoral Counselors, we do not prescribe medication. However, we can work with your family physician or psychiatrist but cannot speak to them without your written permission.
